Career Highlights:

• Worked within a UK commercial and retail Bank to provide senior and middle management with the required knowledge and understanding as well ongoing support to govern and drive the implementation of their strategic goals, those being “The Human Digital Bank”, and “Zero DC” by the end of 2022. 

• Reduced the leading energy company’s public cloud cost by €900,000 from €15M to €14.1M during 2017 by negotiating discount programs with both AWS and Azure. Introduced technical automation, orchestration, and pre-approved change of public cloud services to demonstrate productivity gains. Within 4 months of starting this initiative the delivery of basic services, compute, network, and storage was reduced from 2 days to 1.5 hours 

• Took over a failing project at a world’s leading financial institution in March 2014. Within 3 months the project was back on track to deliver a European first capability to deliver Mortgage interviews in the UK via remote video chat. Overall success was seen in many areas of the institution, customer satisfaction scores were up 27%, cost savings of £98M were identified over the next 3 years and the number of interviews increased from 1.5 to 3 per advisor, per day, a productivity increase of 100%.
