• A Cloud Solution Architect with a track record of 8 years’ experience in the IT industry

• Knowledgeable in Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and concepts coupled with the understanding of architecting for cost-effective cloud delivery.

• Can assimilate new systems and processes efficiently using online documentation resources employing a logical approach to problem solving. 

• A devoted and confident individual when challenged with the task of dealing with complex requirements. 

• Has a proven ability in architecting resilient solutions and acting in an advisory capacity fostering strong relationships, influencing colleagues, senior client stakeholders, partners, and suppliers both internally and externally. 

• An experienced Solutions Architect utilising IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, IaaC, FaaS and DBaaS in order to meet clients demands.

• AWS Technical Skills:
  - Hands-on experience with creation of VPC’s, EC2, subnets, internet gateways, NAT Gateways, Elastic IP, and Route table to define routing and enable traffic flow between the subnets and the public internet.
  - Experience of deploying S3 and S3 storage classes, Auto Scaling to launch EC2 instances and Elastic Load Balancers to ensure high availability.
  - Good understanding of CloudFront, Route 53, and DNS. Simple Notification Service (SNS), Simple Queue Service (SQS), CloudWatch and CloudTrail, Identity and Access Management (IAM). Database Migration Service (DMS), RTO and RPO, SQL and NoSQL.
  - Good understanding of solutions designs for databases such as RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache (Redis and Memcached) and Amazon Redshift.
  - Experienced in AWS migration strategy and transfer utilising AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)
  - Able to manage security, identity and compliance using identity and access management (IAM), Cognito, WAF and Shield.
