All made possible with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Also with the use of effective industry proven standards, frameworks and methodologies (e.g. SDLC, Scrum Agile, ITIL framework, BABOK, BCS, Prince2) for excellent IT services delivery.
