Got into Salesforce and Business Support Analysis/Administration in 2014 due to the collaborative nature of these roles and since then has been working closely with business leadership, key stakeholders, architects, developers, and clients to identify, implement, and maintain Salesforce processes & system solutions to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs in global Salesforce environments. All made possible with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Also with the use of effective industry proven standards, frameworks and methodologies (e.g. SDLC, Scrum Agile, ITIL framework, BABOK, BCS, Prince2) for excellent IT services delivery.
