An experienced CRM delivery specialist with a proven four years track record of transforming Businesses and providing solutions using Salesforce CRM ecosystems across the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Billing. Coming from a Learning and Development background and having developed a great passion for systems and defining and delivering both declarative and programmatic solutions that drive and enhance business functions to enable businesses to be both agile and scalable.
 

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator 

  • Certified Salesforce App Builder 

  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator

  • Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

  • Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant 

  • Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist 

  • Prince 2 Training

  • Business Analysis Training 

  • CRMs: Salesforce.com; Sandbox, Workbench, CRM 2000, Classic and Lightning, Ant Migration Tool 

  • Knowledgeable user of the App exchange (Free & Paid) to meet business requirements 

  • Microsoft Office Packages: Word, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher, and Excel

  • Competent user of other IT systems including SharePoint
