Experienced lead UX consultant working across architecture, design and research taking user centric agnostic approach, diligently carrying out the Research and Architecture phases of a project with all users and stakeholders before delivering the solution, carrying out everything from stakeholder interviews and gap analysis, right through to prototypes and usability testing. Sector experience include Finance, Banking, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Marketing, TV and Radio Broadcast, Digital Media agencies, Publishing, Digital Consultancy,  and Oil and Gas. Projects include large digital transformation as well as national SME offerings.
