Over 17 years of Business Change & IT Management experience as a fully qualified Change/Transformation/IT management consultant. He is a specialist in Programme Management, Change Management, delivering new organisation initiatives, Digital Transformation, Managed Services and large scale programme Deliveries along with Customer Engagement for bids/RFPs/Proposals. Ability to manage large, diverse teams (matrix teams up to size of 150 people onshore/offshore) including 3rd Party Management with relentless focus on immediate business benefits while always maintaining the strategic direction. 

Experience in wide variety of verticals and technologies including IT, Telecommunications (OSS, BSS, MPLS / Cloud Networks, Digital, Business Intelligence, Big-Data, Customer Analytics, Data Quality), COTS implementation, Telecom Billing and Mediation, Telecom Revenue Assurance (Call Routing and Charging etc.), Telecom Revenue Protection/Fraud Management.
