Project/Programme leader with over twenty-two years of experience in all aspects of mobile data, voice communications and mobile financial services. Extensive experience with MNO and MVNO operating market focused on project/programme delivery with an emphasis on process redesign, project recovery and transformational delivery in mission critical technology organisations.

In the last few years, worked worldwide delivering advanced VoIP and Number Portability projects for mobile operators and ITSPs. Experience in the VoIP area has included building from scratch an ITSP in Central-Eastern Europe and working with a major over the top vendor in the sales and deployment of soft switch solutions in the Middle East.
