Used Rapid Application Development and Agile approaches, and developed Business Process Reengineering and Project Management methodologies. Project Managed a range of project types from end to end, including Software Development, Enterprise Package Implementation, Global Infrastructures, Data & Call Centre implementations, Business Change & Transformation projects, and Pre-Sales Bid Work.

With significant exposure to working directly with Customers on all levels, he can bring to bear his use of Facilitated Workshops to address Requirements, Problem Solving, Process Change, Organisation Change, Risk Identification, User Interface Design, and Process/System Walk throughs.
