Experienced in Product and Project delivery for more than 20 years, utilising many different techniques for development, including Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum Agile, TDD and BDD, always using the most appropriate approach for the situation. Maintained a position at the heart of the product line, understanding the complexities of interactions between suppliers, developers and customers. Strong stakeholder management, keen to use standards to help improve processes and products.

Strong advocate of the Scrum Agile process having acted as both Product Owner and Scrum Master on occasion. Led geographically diverse development teams on many occasions with the most recent project covering teams between UK, USA and Lithuania.
