Currently seeking a Service Manager to work for a consultancy on a large, complex programme, putting the client's technology at the center of the service being delivered. The role is for a 6 months period initially, based in the Berkshire area.
This role encompasses Service Delivery, Change Management, Delivery Life-Cycle and Incident Management. Applicants must have the ability to work across cross-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver service and change. Holding excellent relationship management skills, understanding the requirements of business and customer to ensure they are translated into service delivery.
It is essential that applicants have had exposure to Dynatrace monitoring tool with extensive experience in the service delivery/problem/incident/change management capacity working to a tight SLA. Experience in the OSS/BSS space and a strong background in Telecommunications would be preferred.
