My client, a leading Consultancy, is looking for a Release Manager to work on a large, complex digital transformation programme for a major Telco customer based in the Berkshire area.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the delivery of IT projects and programmes for a specified IT Release through the application of the Release Management Framework. Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful implementation of the specified Release and contribute to the evolution of the Release Management Framework.
They will act as a point of escalation for all Release Management activities related to the specified Release. Owning the Critical Success Levels for the specified Release (CSL's) - monitoring critical success levels and quality measures, reporting where decisions will impact our ability to achieve the targets. Providing reports on key Release Management plans, metrics, risks and issues, own the regular management reporting for the specified Release and drive continuous improvement.
Applicants must have proven experience in the end to end delivery of large scale and transformational projects within the IT and Release Management space working with and managing off-shore partner engagements. You must also have experience working in the Telecoms domain on a Salesforce/CRM programmes.
