My client, a leading consultancy, requires a SC Cleared Monitoring Operation Engineer to help their client monitor their IT environments effectively and powerfully on a 24x7x365 on-call basis.

You will work as an IT infrastructure monitoring specialist who understands IT Service Management (ITSM) to ensure effective monitoring is addressed from both directions, regardless of technology & tools. Skilled in monitoring tools strategy, design, consultancy, gap analysis, installation, configuration, rollout, documentation, support, message reduction, message refinement, policy standardisation, health checks, training, license management & more.

Applicants must have extensive experience as a Monitoring Operation Engineer within the IT stack/operation for large corporate clients and It is also vital that applicants hold current SC level security clearance and with experience in the Telecoms sector.
