Our client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to work on behalf of a customer involved in a transformation project. The role is available remotely currently.

The successful applicant will contribute and/or deliver low-level designs and developments for all service orchestration & data engineering systems and underlying computing, unified communications and connectivity platforms, being part of an engineering team and delivering microservices architecture. Designing workflows and APIs on the orchestrator tool, including the coding of the functions and the overall system administration following a DevOps and Agile methodology. Providing support to Operational teams to solve complex issues, including resolving via the agile DevOps CI/CD framework.

Applicants must have good experience in design and delivery of management (activation, fulfilment, assurance and reporting) tools. Design and deployment experience of management systems with knowledge in the following technologies: orchestration tools (ie Ansible), Containers, Openshift, Kubernetes, cloud technologies (ie AWS, GCP or Azure), Terraform/Cloudformation and OS admin - Linux. Significant programming skills to develop appropriate modules/configurations. Experience in web services, protocols and programming languages: Python, JavaScript, JSON, YAML, Golang, REST API, SOAP, Selenium, RPA/TMF, SQL/Cypher (Neo4J), Network SSH, GIT, Jenkins and Jira.
