Our client, a Digital Experience Optimisation (DxO) Agency, is looking for a Head of Commercial Growth to be based in London.


The main responsibility of the role will be to initiate and nurture the growth of the company, working with significant autonomy and leadership responsibilities. Living at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations and product development, you will have a focus and remit to deliver on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, upsell and company operational efficiency. Working in partnership with key business stakeholders (Managing Director, Head of CX, Business Director, Head of Operations), working in collaboration to drive sales, marketing, culture and innovation.


Ultimately, the Head of Commercial Growth is focused on revenue generation, delivery and product development and less on specialism or client relationship building.


Applicants must have experience in commercial management or a closely related position (such as a manager in the marketing or sales department) within a business environment focused on marketing, advertising, management consulting, UX/CX/CRO. A proven track record of managing 5 or more people and creating growth strategies that have improved a business's market position. As well as an understanding of e-commerce, web design fundamentals, and online marketing strategy and tactics. It would be beneficial for applicants to have strong knowledge of UX/UI design and human cognitive principle.
