My client, a leading Tech company, is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with specific project experience in any CTI Integration (e.g. Amazon Connect, Vocalcom, Ring Central, Natterbox, New Voice Media etc.) into Salesforce environment to join their growing team with global and local stakeholders as the business approaches the BAU phase of the Digital Transformation project. The team is running numerous change projects globally to support the rapid growth of the company.

The successful applicant will ideally come from an administrative background with relevant Salesforce certification and experience within the Salesforce domain and ideally with project implementation experience of Salesforce Sales and Service clouds. This is a permanent opportunity and can be based from anywhere within the UK.

Applicants should have experience in administering a system of 100+ users, Perform customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builder, email alerts, approval processes, list views, reports and dashboards.The ideal candidate should be able to Perform customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builder, email alerts, approval processes, list views, reports and Build custom dashboards and reports that inform sales operations and strategy. The successful candidate will be someone who can help drive initiatives within the Sales Tech Team, can provide advice and challenge tough stakeholders drawing upon previous Salesforce integration experience.
