Currently seeking an IT Manager to join a leading home improvements company, based in Hertfordshire.


The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of Information Technology, Telephony, Mobile and associated technologies for the company including bespoke applications. Providing direction, advice, and support in respect of IT to all other operational and support functions of the business, in order to add value and improve profitability. Developing and driving a programme of continuous improvement across existing processes and technology as well as implementation and roll-out of new technologies.


Applicants must have previous experience of managing IT Teams, including Service Desk Support, Developers etc. A track record of success in leading the development of IT services through a significant programme of change. Solid experience of computer systems (hardware/software) including but not limited to; Managed WAN/MPLS, Cisco (switches), Meraki AP, Barracuda Firewall & VPN Client, Oracle Cloud (OCI) IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Azure (AAD & VMs Hybrid Environment) and Microsoft 365 Apps & Exchange Online (Office 365/SharePoint/OneDrive).
