Currently seeking a Costing Process Design Manager for a global consultancy working on a large, complex costing programme for a major customer in the Mining space. This role is based in the UK but offers remote working.

We are looking for a Manager who understands costing and SAP (SAP CO) to project manage the solution teams and the functional experts within the team. The successful applicant will be responsible for project managing cost metrics for mining, processing and overheads. Calculating the costs in SAP i.e. equipment costs and then merging these with operational data in Azure to generate metrics that contain combined operational and costing data. One of the key areas of accountability will be within the solution design, analysing how SAP and other systems can be used to generate the solution, detailing required changes to processes, data etc. Managing teams and delivering solutions whilst understanding the impact of gaps, Mine activities and cost.

Applicants must have worked on large scale costing projects previously and have good interpersonal and communication skills to enable them to engage senior and challenging stakeholders across the spectrum of the project. Experience in costing models and extensive experience (15 years +) of SAP with specific knowledge of SAP CO. Experience in Mining would be an advantage but not essential.
