My client is a consultancy looking for a DevOps/Kafka production Admin consultant to work on behalf of the client in the Telecoms arena. The role will be based remotely.

The successful applicant will be a technical specialist with experience in deployment and production admin drawing upon your experience of industry best practice and thought leadership, you will be able to drive activities across a variety of competencies including but not limited to on premise deployment, ideally familiar also on cloud native deployment Docker, Helm config charts, observability stacks.

Applicants must have Kafka hands on DevOps and proven experience in production including cluster sizing, high availability deployment, DR, monitoring tools and be able to troubleshoot. Be familiar with Advanced features like Hub & Spoke Mirroring, Java coding skills, use of a Source control system, Linux/UNIX skills (autonomous) on operating system, security, storage and networking.
