Currently seeking a Dynamics 365 Support Consultant for a global consultancy who are engaged on a large, complex Digital Transformation programme for a major Insurance customer.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for making sure system changes are transitioned smoothly, be involved in the delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, deliver demos and host workshops and enhance customisations and configurations. You will troubleshoot user issues and liaise with the client for their technical enhancements.

You must have over 6 years experience working as a Dynamics 365 Support Consultant ideally within the Insurance sector. The role is available remotely with occasional travel to customer sites.
