The best candidate for Salesforce Super user is strong self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to grow professionally within the Salesforce ecosystem, and to use that knowledge to better the workflow within the Salesforce environment. They will gain valuable experience in being able to work with numerous people from the C-Level on down, across Sales, Marketing, Operations in helping them maximize their value out of the system.
Role Requirements
The Salesforce super user creates a link between end users and the implementation team. They should have effective communication skills, as they need to be able to support in conveying the business requirements to/from the implementation partner. They act as representatives of their departments and are also the first line of support for end users.
During the implementation cycle, super users take an active role in learning the Salesforce solution (Train the Trainer to be provided by Cognizant), support testing the system and training end users. They end up with intimate knowledge of the Salesforce business processes and become the champions of the implementation. Key aspects include:
