Currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a global consultancy who are engaged on a large, complex Digital Transformation programme for a major Telecoms customer.


The suitable candidate will be Responsible for enabling decisions that contribute towards journey squad objectives through provision of actionable insights and best in class analytics. Accountable for delivering in depth analysis of the customer base across all brands and understanding commercial drivers impacting our customer. As a key member of the journey squad, engage with all stakeholders to have a holistic view of squad objectives and the role of each member. Define and suggest optimum metrics and analytics required that will contribute to the overall goal.


Applicants must have worked as a Technical Business Analyst within the Telecoms sector with strong SQL skills solving problems, identifying the key opportunity versus data noise. Should be well familiar with Software tools and rules configuration. Good Understanding of the application of analytics to customer Behaviour.
