Currently seeking a UX/UI Designer, with proficiency in mobile applications, for a digital-first Retail Tech company, who provides an end to end connected retail solution that runs on any device, allowing brands to equip their store associates a customer relationship beyond the shop floor and enables 1-2-1 personalised communication and experiences at scale.

This is a hybrid remote working role, with a requirement to work from a London location 1 day a week.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Creating highly usable and intuitive interfaces across mobile (app), tablet (app) and desktop (browser).


• Creating both functional and engaging features on the Application that meet the needs of customers and help expand the customer base.


• Working closely with Product to take ideas and concepts, translate them into world class designs for App on IOS, Android and Desktop and to prioritise requirements for releases.


• Developing visual design prototypes ranging from comps to interactive mock-ups, and contribute to design development throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables.


• Continuous QA during development to ensure the product is aligned with the design specifications.

This is a brand new role within the team, and will be actively hands-on. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to establish both the UX/UI function and implement best practices within the Agile engineering team.

Applicants must be solid UX/UI Designers with extensive and evolved understanding of how people use their devices, the flexibility to adapt to new technologies, and a robust toolkit. Present an outstanding portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative mobile interface design solutions for iOS and Android. A strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centred experience design, brand identity management, digital marketing and the creative process. Knowledge of wireframe tools (Sketch, Wireframe.cc or equivalent) and design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent).
