A global consultancy is looking for an experienced Programme Delivery Manager, to assist on a large transformation programme for one of their customers in the Telecoms space. This role is available remotely.


The main tasks of the Programme Delivery Manager will include managing multiple BSS/OSS programmes, addressing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, ensuring regular client communication & governance, being the first point of escalation from client and leading the whole onshore and offshore delivery teams. Managing Agile at a scale, product development, tribe and squad setup.


Applicants must demonstrate strong Programme Delivery Management skills within the BSS/OSS, Fibre and Broadband space. Customer stakeholder management, technical programme planning, resource management, budget management and leadership in delivering projects within budget and time. Strong techno-functional skills with the ability to liaise with client stakeholders and help clients develop technology and solution roadmaps. Must have a telecoms background.
