BSS Solutions Architect

My client, a Consultancy, is looking for a BSS Solutions Architect specialising in Telecommunications to work on a large, complex digital transformation programme for a Telco customer. This role is available remotely with ocassional travel to customer site.


The successful applicant will be responsible for customer requirements based on architecture agreed for the BSS stack and the COTS products selected. Participating in sprints to evaluate requirements (functional and non-functional) and assess the impact and feasibility. Applicant will be the interface to customers on technical & commercial change requests. Designing and co-ordinating the development of solution design which may involve multiple parties both internally and externally. Also supporting the testing cycles involved to ensure functional and performance aspects of the application are delivered. Working closely with delivery manager to ensure efficient transfer of designs for implementation.


Applicants must have at least 10 years Telecom Domain experience in E2E BSS Solutions and design experience in BSS for CRM, Billing, Online charging and Channels (Web, App, Contact Centre, Retail). As well as, strong knowledge of E2E journeys and processes across customer sales and service.
