We are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to drive delivery of cyber security initiatives and uplift Agile ways of working across cross-functional teams. You will lead ceremonies, ensure delivery flow, manage risks, and align outcomes with security, compliance, and business priorities.

Responsibilities & Experience

  Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, demos, retros) and drive sprint execution.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience with Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and uplifting team Agile maturity.

  
  


• 
  

  Support delivery of cyber security engineering, BAU and change activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate integrations, third-party POCs, testing and release processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure compliance with governance and security standards (e.g. PCI DSS).

  
  


• 
  

  Provide reporting on progress, KPIs, blockers and security posture.

  
  


• 
  

  Engage business, technical teams, vendors and programme stakeholders to maintain alignment.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage squad capacity and resources while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Background in Agile delivery, project/programme roles, or technical delivery within security or engineering environments.
