ServiceNow Architect

We are searching for a skilled ServiceNow Architect with a profound grasp of the TelCo sector to design solutions for CSM Module and build solutions for 3rd party interfaces with ServiceNow.


You will be responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements. Provides expertise in technical knowledge, methodology and framework, data integration and data flows, ServiceNow Architecture, and software development and coding. Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project


Required Skills



  • 7+ years' experience with ServiceNow Implementation

  • 6+ years of ServiceNow experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow CSM projects

  • Should have implemented 2 complex CSM projects

  • Highly proficient across the breadth of ITIL practices.

  • Having experience on Agile methodology

  • Experience as leader of successful ServiceNow implementation engagements, including designing the solution, delivering configurations and data initialization.
