Contract Transition Manager

Our client is looking for a Contract Transaction Manager to work on a programme involving the separation of a single organisation into two standalone companies as part of a PE transaction.


You will be responsible for coordinating all legal contracts across the workstreams as the separation progresses. This will include a mix of contract review, assessment, actioning, and maintaining contract register covering TSA and non-TSA contracts with TSA progressing to agreed resolution and other contracts actioned as required. In addition, you will support the legal team in creating and setting up the new legal entities required for the carve-out. Transaction and carve-out documentation tracked and completed to approval, signing and completion readiness.


You must have proven experience involving the separation of a single organisation into two standalone companies as part of a PE transaction. Experience working with senior stakeholders and external legal advisors in complex programmes or transactions.
