The Test Manager will drive the shift from manual testing to a highly automated, continuous testing framework. You will ensure the quality, performance, and security of core systems including CRM, billing, charging, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Automation: Establish a robust automation-first framework for continuous integration.


• Manage Quality: Govern entry, suspension, and exit criteria across all test phases.


• Govern Environment: Oversee test data management and environments across multiple vendors.


• Track Defects: Triage high-priority defects and drive swift resolution with development teams.


• Report Progress: Deliver real-time quality metrics and risk reports to executive stakeholders.


• Optimize Pipeline: Integrate automated test suites into the DevOps CI/CD pipeline.


• Manage Vendors: Hold system integrators and third-party software vendors accountable to KPIs.

Technical Skills

• Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years in QA, with 3+ years managing large-scale transformations in the Telecoms domain


• BSS Knowledge: Understanding of telecom BSS architectures (Billing, CRM, Product Catalogue).


• Automation Frameworks: Proven expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or Cucumber.


• API Testing: Mastery of tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured for microservices.
