We are seeking a Data Strategy Consultant to build and lead the data ecosystem for a newly created department. You will design, implement, and govern a robust data strategy from the ground up, ensuring seamless integration with the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Architect the department's foundational data strategy and roadmap.


• Organizational Alignment: Connect departmental data pathways efficiently with existing business infrastructure.


• Data Quality: Establish strict protocols to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.


• Security & Governance: Define data governance frameworks and enforce rigorous security standards.


• Tech Innovation: Incorporate emerging technologies like AI and machine learning into data workflows.


• Pipeline Engineering: Design scalable data pathways for smooth ingestion, processing, and reporting.

Required Experience

• Proven track record of building data strategies from scratch.


• Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance laws.


• Expertise in modern data architecture and cloud-based data pipelines.


• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI).


• Strong stakeholder management skills to bridge departmental and corporate teams.
