We are seeking experienced, hands-on Platform/DevOps Engineers to join a time-critical TSA separation programme. In this role, you will build, modify, and decouple our platform infrastructure to establish a clean, independent environment. This position is strictly focused on execution, refactoring, and delivery rather than high-level architecture or BAU support.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Separation: Remove and separate infrastructure dependencies between organizations safely.


• Deliver Automation: Build and modify automated workflows to accelerate environment readiness.


• Manage Containers: Configure and optimize containerized environments.


• Refactor Infrastructure: Maintain, system-configure, and clean up the platform estate.


• Ensure Day 1 Readiness: Guarantee the new standalone environment is operational on schedule.

Core Requirements

• Experience: Mid-to-senior level (8+ years of relevant DevOps/Platform engineering experience).


• Environment Expertise: Proven track record in M&A, divestments, TSA exits, or complex IT carve-outs.


• Technical Mastery: Strong scripting, system configuration, infrastructure engineering, and container management.


• Productivity: Ability to hit the ground running and deliver immediate value under tight deadlines.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Cloud & Orchestration: Cloud engineering and Kubernetes.


• DevOps Practice: Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.


• Systems & Admin: Linux and configuration management.


• Foundations: Security/IAM, monitoring, and network engineering.
